                                    How We Deliver Your Files

Drone Imagery Solutions offers flexible delivery options so you can access and use your photos, videos, and maps in the way that works best for your workflow.

 

 

File Types And Formats:

- Photos – High‑resolution JPEGs for general use, with optional TIFFs or DNG/RAW files when included in the scope.  


- Video – Edited videos delivered in common formats such as .MP4 or .MOV (H.264/H.265), optimized for web, social, or broadcast use as requested.  


- Specialty outputs – On request; Mapping, construction, and inspection projects can include orthomosaics, reports, or exports tailored to your platform when included in the project scope.

                                             

Standard Digital Delivery

- **Secure cloud folder and link (default)**  
  Finished photos, videos, and project files are delivered via a private online folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar), with a single link you can download and share with your team.

 

-RAW (Original Large Unedited Files) available for 6-10 storage. 


- **Download timeframe and backup**  
  Files remain available for 30 days, and long‑term archive options are available or offered in some packages.

 Client-Supplied Drives

- **Your USB drive or portable SSD** 
  You may provide a labeled USB drive or portable SSD at the shoot or drop it off with us, and your media will be copied directly to your device.  
- **On‑site handoff**  
  For time‑sensitive projects, we can copy files to your drive on‑site at the end of the session when practical.

Optional Physical Delivery

- **New USB drive or SSD from us**  
  For clients who prefer a physical copy and archive, we can provide a new USB drive or SSD with your completed photos and videos for an additional materials fee.  
- **Shipped or local pickup**  
  Drives can be shipped with tracking or scheduled for local pickup at rate.

 Viewing And Sharing Options

- **Streaming preview links**  
  Edited videos can be provided as private streaming links (for example, unlisted YouTube or Vimeo) for easy sharing and embedding on websites or social media.  
- **Client gallery / proofing**  
  For photo‑heavy projects, an online gallery or proofing link can be provided for easy viewing, download, and internal approvals before final delivery.
