Retainer & Upfront Payment Terms Retainer plans: Monthly, Bi‑Weekly, and Weekly options require a minimum 3‑month commitment. Per‑visit savings: Retainer plans are priced at a reduced per‑visit rate compared to our one‑time “Single Site Map Essential” service. Upfront payment discount: Save an additional 10% by paying the full contract amount for your selected retainer plan in advance. Scheduling: Flight dates are scheduled in coordination with your site team and may be adjusted for weather, airspace restrictions, or safety considerations. Rescheduling: If a visit must be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or regulatory issues, it will be moved to the next available window at no additional charge. Cancellations: Before the first scheduled flight, retainers can be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice and will be refunded minus any non‑recoverable costs (e.g., permits, special insurance). After the first flight has been completed, retainer contracts are non‑refundable, but remaining visits can be rescheduled within the original term. Deliverables: Standard deliverables include the items listed under each package; any additional mapping, modeling, or video edits are quoted separately. End‑of‑project timelapse: For active retainers, progress imagery from your visits may be compiled into an end‑of‑project timelapse video, delivered after the final scheduled flight.
