Booking Policy

-A 25% non‑refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time for standard services (real estate, roof & infrastructure, mapping, commercial photos/video). -The retainer is applied to your total project fee; the remaining 75% balance is due before final delivery of files. Retainers are non‑refundable because they reserve your date and cover pre‑production, planning, and lost opportunity for other bookings.​ Payment Methods -Retainers and balances can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo on booking page . Credit/debit card payments may be added in the future and, if offered, may include a small processing fee. Access, Permissions & Safety Client is responsible for securing property access, owner/tenant permissions, and any required escorts or building/traffic access. Drone Imagery Solutions reviews FAA airspace, local rules, and on‑site conditions; the remote pilot has final authority over all flight paths and may modify or cancel any portion for safety or regulatory reasons.​ Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellations If unsafe weather, airspace restrictions, or other safety conditions prevent flying, the session will be rescheduled to the next mutually available date at no additional charge (one weather reschedule credit per booking). Client‑requested reschedules more than 48 hours before call time may be accommodated subject to availability; major scope/date changes may require a new retainer. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur additional fees; all retainers remain non‑refundable.​ On‑Site Time, Overtime & Deliverables Each booking includes a defined on‑site time window. Late arrivals, site delays, or added scope may reduce shooting time or require overtime, billed in 30‑minute increments at the current hourly rate with on‑site approval. Deliverables are high‑resolution photos and/or video clips as described in your package; unless editing is included, files are delivered as camera‑original plates/dailies.​ No Inspection or Engineering Advice Drone Imagery Solutions provides visual documentation only and does not provide structural inspection, roofing, engineering, surveying, legal, or insurance advice.​
