Booking Policy

Booking & Retainers A 50% non‑refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the shoot date, crew, and equipment. The remaining 50% balance is due on or before final master delivery (or by the last shoot day for multi‑day productions. Retainers are non‑refundable because they reserve production days and cover pre‑production, planning, and lost opportunity for other work.​ Payment Methods Retainers and balances can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Credit/debit card options may be added later and may include a processing fee. Access, Permissions & Safety Client is responsible for locations, permits, talent/crew access, and any required traffic or set control. Drone Imagery Solutions reviews FAA airspace, local regulations, and on‑set conditions; the remote pilot and production lead have final authority over all flight profiles and may modify or cancel shots for safety or compliance.​ Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellations If weather, airspace, or safety conditions prevent drone operations, production will adjust shot lists or reschedule aerial work to the next mutually available date when possible. Client‑initiated reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur rescheduling or standby fees; cancellations after booking may be billed up to the full quoted day rate, with the retainer applied and remaining amounts invoiced per contract.​ On‑Set Time, Overtime & Deliverables Production bookings include a defined day length (for example, half‑day or 10‑hour day). Overages are billed in 30‑ or 60‑minute increments at the agreed overtime rate and must be approved by the client or their authorized representative. Deliverables are plates/dailies and/or edited sequences as specified in the scope; additional cuts, versions, or major creative changes may be billed as separate post‑production services.​ No Inspection or Engineering Advice Even on film or commercial sets, drone work is limited to visual capture; no structural inspection, engineering, legal, or insurance advice is provided.
