  • Mavic 4 Pro aerial cinematography (100 MP Hasselblad stills, up to 6K/60p video, long‑duration flight times)

  • On‑site 24" 4K monitor for live view to up to 3 approved shooting locations.

  • up to 3 shooting locations (pre-approved, with full flight planning, airspace clearance, and travel arrangements)

  • Raw 6K/4K footage (ProRes or H.265 workflow‑ready) delivered on client provided SSD or we can provide a drive for an extra charge. 

  • Standard commercial insurance; $1M liability included.

  • Rush footage offload within 24 hours available; +$500.

  • Weather contingency / rain date scheduling included.

Hourly Rates

Fast, focused, and all pro—cinematic drone footage in bite‑sized scheduling blocks for agencies, directors, and brand shoots that need premium angles, quick edits, and zero headaches.

*Client responsibilities: Booking and payment 50% non‑refundable retainer to reserve the date; balance due at delivery. Provide prioritized shot list and any references 48 hours prior to guide flight planning and approvals.​ Secure location access/permissions and identify no‑fly areas and crowd control needs in advance.​ Changes to the shot list on the day may affect timing and can trigger overtime or an additional booking.

  • 24-hour rush delivery available +$500 

  • No hidden fees—extra hours billed at $500/hour as needed

Recommended Add-Ons

  • On‑set creative and operator support (shot‑listing, blocking, live framing): +$125/hr.​

  • Edited aerial cut (up to 60 seconds, licensed music, two revision rounds, 3–5 business day turnaround): +$450.​

  • Pro color pass for select shots (balanced Rec.709 / show LUT conform): +$250.​

  • Dual‑operator assist / spotter for safety and media/battery management: +$450/day.​

  • Rush delivery: +50% for same‑day edited exports or overnight travel.​

  • Additional insured certificate(s): +$95 each beyond the standard COI.
